Your own golf room, built right into your home.
Bunker Room Golf turns basements, attics, garages and bonus rooms into custom golf simulator rooms in Brentwood, Franklin and Nashville. We build the room, set up the tech, and hand you the keys.
Any space with room to swing
Every house is different. We look at ceiling height, width, depth and power first, then design the room around how you play.
Basements

A real remodel, not a kit in a corner
Builders, not just installers
Most simulator companies drop off a screen and a projector. We are contractors: framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, paint and finish carpentry.
Tech set up right
Our simulator technician installs and calibrates the launch monitor, projector and software so the numbers are accurate on day one.
Quiet, cool, comfortable
Sound insulation, impact-rated walls and HVAC planning, so the room is pleasant to be in and the rest of the house stays quiet.
One team, one price
One proposal and one schedule for the whole room. No juggling a remodeler, an electrician and a simulator dealer.
Ideas for your golf room
What homeowners are asking for in home golf rooms right now.
Golf room meets media room
The impact screen doubles as a giant movie and game-day screen, with surround sound and comfortable seating behind the hitting area.
Multi-sport play
Simulator software now covers more than golf. Families use the same room for football, baseball and soccer games, which keeps the kids in it too.
Putting greens with real break
Shaped putting surfaces in front of or beside the screen, so the short game gets as much practice as the driver.
Garage and bonus-room conversions
Not every house has a basement. Garages and rooms over the garage are some of the most popular spaces we see for full-swing bays.
Lounge and bar built in
A "19th hole" corner with a beverage fridge or wet bar turns practice into a place to host friends.
Lighting scenes
Dimmable, zoned lighting: bright for setup, dark for play, warm for hanging out. One tap from a phone or wall keypad.
Common questions
How much ceiling height do I need for a golf simulator?
For a full driver swing, most golfers need roughly 9 to 10 feet of ceiling height, depending on their height and swing. Taller players need more. We measure your space and your swing plane during the site visit before we quote, so there are no surprises.
Can you build a golf simulator in an attic?
Yes, if the attic has enough height. We have already built a full-swing simulator in a vaulted attic. Attics need extra planning: floor strength, insulation and cooling, sound control for the rooms below, and proper stairs. We handle all of it.
How much room do I need?
A comfortable full-swing bay is usually around 12 to 16 feet wide and 16 to 20 feet deep, but every room is different. Smaller spaces can still work well for irons, wedges and putting. Send us your measurements and we will tell you what fits.
Do you supply the simulator hardware?
Yes. We work with an experienced simulator technician who installs and calibrates the launch monitor, projector and software. We build the room around the hardware you choose, or help you choose it.
