What affects the price?
- The space: a finished room needs far less work than an unfinished basement, attic or garage.
- The hardware: launch monitors, projectors and software range from entry level to tour grade.
- The finishes: turf grade, lighting, sound, bar and lounge features.
- Structure and systems: attics and garages may need floor reinforcement, insulation, cooling and new circuits.
Every proposal lists materials and labor clearly by section, with no surprise add-ons later.
