No basement? No problem
Garage & Bonus Room Golf Simulators in Middle Tennessee
Garages and the bonus rooms above them are some of the best full-swing spaces in Middle Tennessee homes. Many have the width and ceiling height a simulator needs.
What we plan for
Built for the space
Garage bays
We insulate, finish and condition one or more bays, with a turf floor over the slab and an enclosure that can stay up year-round.
Bonus rooms
Rooms over the garage often have generous width. We plan around sloped ceilings and dormers to place the hitting area correctly.
Temperature
Mini-split heating and cooling makes the room usable in July and January.
Power and lighting
Dedicated circuits for the projector, PC and launch monitor, plus proper lighting.
