For a full driver swing, most golfers need roughly 9 to 10 feet of ceiling height, depending on their height and swing. Taller players need more. We measure your space and your swing plane during the site visit before we quote, so there are no surprises.

Yes, if the attic has enough height. We have already built a full-swing simulator in a vaulted attic. Attics need extra planning: floor strength, insulation and cooling, sound control for the rooms below, and proper stairs. We handle all of it.

A comfortable full-swing bay is usually around 12 to 16 feet wide and 16 to 20 feet deep, but every room is different. Smaller spaces can still work well for irons, wedges and putting. Send us your measurements and we will tell you what fits.

Yes. We work with an experienced simulator technician who installs and calibrates the launch monitor, projector and software. We build the room around the hardware you choose, or help you choose it.

A Starter Bay in a finished room can take a few days. A full room build such as The Golf Cave usually takes a few weeks, depending on the space, permits and finishes. You get a clear schedule in your proposal.

It depends on the space, the hardware and the finishes. A setup in an already finished room costs far less than a full basement or attic build-out. We give every client a detailed, fixed proposal after a free site visit.

Converting an unfinished basement, attic or garage into living space often needs a permit, especially when electrical, framing or HVAC work is involved. We know the local requirements and take care of it as part of the job.
