Golf under the rafters
Attic Golf Simulator Rooms in Middle Tennessee
A vaulted attic can make a spectacular golf room with plenty of headroom. We have built a full-swing simulator in a vaulted attic, and we know the extra steps attics need.
What we plan for
Built for the space
Floor strength
Attic joists are often sized for storage, not people. We check them and stiffen the floor so it feels solid and keeps the launch monitor accurate.
Heat and insulation
Tennessee attics get hot. Spray foam on the roofline and a mini-split unit keep the room comfortable year-round.
Sound control
Ball strikes travel down. Insulated floors and impact mats keep the rooms below quiet.
Stairs, access and code
A pull-down ladder will not do. We plan proper stairs, egress and permits where required.
